not really concentrating on a certain part of my body, but I want

I will actually be coming to Genki class twice this week. I think
I will even be bringing my mum with me tonight if she can make it.

it has been so long since I have been to a class, which isn't very
good as everyone should try to exercise at least three times a week
for their health.”

quite pleased with). You mentioned if we had any requests we should
let you know - I would like if we could do some intensive stomach

and emotionally better. Exercise always makes me feel better physically
(the endorphins I suspect) and mentally I feel calmer as I have

much more intense, but that's exactly what I like, because it really
makes me feel as if I have worked. Genki class is good fun also,
but less hard. For you it must be difficult trying to please everyone,
but I am happy!!”
