The studio has a specially installed sprung wooden floor with a high ceiling and full-length mirrors to one side (which is good - some people want to look, some people don’t!) And ballet bars to three sides too.

We provide aerobic exercise mats and fresh water for you, so all you need to bring is yourself …. and your friends too of course!

We hope that the GENKI studio will be the first and most convenient choice for not only aerobic enthusiasts but for anyone wishing to rent a small private studio in the heart of Leigh-on-sea.
